Holiday Apartment in Prague center

We offer a friendly apartment with 2 rooms and a kitchenette, newly reconstructed, on the first floor of an apartment building with a view to a park (very quiet). See a schematic drawing of the apartment.

The rooms:
• living room, size 25 sq.m., woodden flooring and carpet, double convertable sofa, dining table and a large working desk (with PC & internet access). Satellite TV (Astra: programs in English, German, French...).
• bedroom, 12 sq.m., carpet, double bed, cabinets
• kitchen, 10 sq.m., gas stove with a gas oven, fridge, toaster, water boiling pot, dishes, kitchen equipment.
• bathroom, 4sq.m., bath with shower, and a washing machine in the bathroom. water heater with capacity of 120 l.
• toilette, 1 sq.m., in a separate room.

The apartment is in Cajkovskeho street, 5 minutes on foot from "Jiriho z Podebrad" metro station (then by metro about 5-10 minutes downtown). The other way how to get to the center is 3 minutes walk to the tram stop with frequent traffic (again, the tram takes you downtown in about 10 minutes). The walking distance to the very center of town (Vaclavske namesti) is approx. 20 minutes. The location is a popular living area, and it is safe.

We can book a parking place in the inside parking in Lucemburska street, about 400 metres from the flat. The garage is guarded and accessible 24 hours a day. It is necessary to book the place through us at least 10 days in advance. The price is 200 CZK per day.
